Land Rover Online Service Histories (OSH) can be accessed at http://www.landrovertechinfo.com and we have now produced a “How To” guide for updating Online Service Histories. Registered Users of the forum can go to the “Downloads” sub-forum to access a copy of the document. You will need to register for access to the Land Rover Technical Portal (TOPix) at the URL above before you can access the Online Service History The information in this post is correct at the time of publication and to the best of our knowledge. However, manufacturers update their websites regularly and you should check the website carefully to ensure that you are completing the task correctly according to current instructions. Please contact us on 0845 305 4230 if you experience problems with updating a Land Rover Online Service History or post a response to this post if you can add anything to help other independent garages access the Land Rover TOPix System.
Please see download section for new registration contact details (20/03/2018). edited by Gordon Woods on 20/03/2018

Been a subscriber of Topix Land Rover for the last couple of years. Why are they so secretive about information that helps everyone!!!! Service history is important to the owner and the repairer. I have started the process of applying for access to online service history, lets see how long it will take! my first email bounced back with out of the office for a week!!!

You could try calling them on 0800 028 0837 alternatively resend your e-mail to any of the options listed on the attached sheet.
They usually respond within a working day, however if that person is out of office and they have not given you any alternative contact details to forward your enquiry to, then you may just have to wait till they respond on their return.
Hope this helps

I emailed Jessica this week to set up OSH however the details in the attachment are now incorrect as she has moved elsewhere in JLR. Lian Patston has taken over so if you email her at lpatston@jaguarlandrover.com with a copy of your letterhead showing your TOPIX username and also your email address she can set up access to OSH for you. Or you can still send a copy through the post to the address in the attachment but marked for the attention of Lian instead of Jessica.
Hope this helps.

Ben,
I think you may be using the original version of the attachment. The current version available in the "Downloads" section does refer to Lian Patson
Thanks for re-highlighting this. We do try to keep the documents updated as we learn of changes - look out for a change to the Mercedes document shortly.
